Our 8th graders learned a lot about the workforce at the GAVC Career Fair held today at MCHS!




Our Morris Grade School Choir performed at the high school, including a song with all high school choir members. Mr. Wozniak did a great job getting our kids to sound awesome!



Mr. Anderson’s class doing a little Mystery Science today. The class learned how to make a robot finger. Students learned the importance of the tendons(strings) in our bodies help our muscles to move.





Thank you to all students who brought canned goods in today for Red Ribbon Week! “I CAN Make a Difference!” All items brought in will be donated to We Care of Grundy County. Many thanks to our amazing social workers for their hard work in making Red Ribbon Week such a huge success each and every year! The 2018 National Red Ribbon Week theme is: “Life is Your Journey. Travel Drug Free!”

Today was Outsiders Day in 7th grade! Every year, after reading the Outsiders, students and teachers dress up as a Greaser or Soc to watch the movie. This year, we had so many students participate that we had to move the group picture outside! 😎

All of the preparations for our STEM program with Park Pointe are paying off! The smiles on everyone’s faces say it all! Many thanks to our instructional coaches, Ashlee Geiss and Molly Kaminski, for their extra hard work preparing students and obtaining multiple grants to make these and other special STEM programs possible! We look forward to many more in the future!

Congrats to our Morris Grade School dancing teachers, 2 School 4 Cool, for receiving the first ever Crowd Favorite Award at the Dancing with the Local Stars Fundraiser last night!!
On Friday Afternoon, all grades were treated a sneak peak of the hit performance! We are so proud of our teachers for participating in this awesome event!
