Last year, we told you about our awesome student, Dakota Goff, and his quest to collect pop tabs to support the Ronald McDonald House Charities. Look at what Dakota has been up to lately! Monday night, Dakota attended his first NFL game (Seahawks/Bears), sat in the first row behind the Seattle sideline, and received a shout out on live TV! Watching his hero, Shaquem Griffin, play in person was a pretty big deal too!
We are so proud of everything Dakota has accomplished, all while focusing on helping others in need!
In science class last week, Mrs. Burke's 4th graders made cars and tested the number of spins it would take to move exactly 8 feet!

Congratulations to our 7th grade student, Sydney Walker, whose artwork was recently chosen to be displayed on the 2018 Grundy County Corn Festival button boxes! Sydney was also awarded a Grundy County Chamber gift certificate. Great job, Sydney!
Our annual Magazine Fundraiser kicked off today! We're excited to offer your favorite magazines and a NEW OFFER for savings via a Discount Savings App for all family and friends of our students at Morris Grade School. Anyone can sign up for the App through bit.ly/morrises and credit will be given to our fundraiser.

NOW IS THE TIME TO BECOME A BUS DRIVER OR SUBSTITUTE BUS DRIVER! If you are interested, please call 815-416-1745 TODAY! All training will be provided! The entire process can be completed in as little as three weeks. Drivers get paid for a minimum of two hours regardless of how long the route is. The starting hourly rate is $16.00 per hour – the two hour minimum is $32.00 every time you drive!
